1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and registering on the Shree Narasimha Enterprises Investor Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or services.

2. Investor Eligibility

To invest through our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are required to complete our full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before any investment can be approved.

3. Investment and Returns (ROI)

All investments made through the platform are governed by individual legal agreements signed at the time of investment. The projected Return on Investment (ROI) is based on the specific plan chosen (Basic, Premium, Enterprise). While we manage logistics operations to ensure consistent returns, all investments carry inherent market risks.

4. Lock-in Period and Withdrawals

Investments are subject to predefined lock-in periods (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 years). Early withdrawal requests made before the completion of the lock-in period will be subject to a penalty of 2% on the principal amount. Payouts (Monthly/Quarterly) are processed directly to the registered bank account.

5. Taxes (TDS)

As per the prevailing laws of the Government of India, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applicable on the interest income generated from your investments. Form 16A will be provided to investors periodically.

6. Account Termination

Shree Narasimha Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate any investor account if we suspect fraudulent activity, submission of forged KYC documents, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
